Claudia Hoffmann-Hiestermann is the founder and managing partner of ECO Profit Coaching GmbH. With her extensive experience spanning the plumbing, rail supply, plastics, electronics, automotive, insurance, engineering and tourism industries, Claudia brings a rare diversity of perspectives and expertise to her work.
Professional background
As an experienced manager and strategist, she has held important positions in various companies and industries, including Head of Project Management Offices, Unit Manager in Strategic Consulting, Controller, Corporate Planner and Commercial Director. Their roles led them to report directly to CEOs and included managing complex projects such as due diligence reviews, successful mergers, reorganizations, the introduction of digitalization strategies and the establishment of international plants in countries such as China, Russia and Mexico.
Expertise
Project management and controlling are Claudia Hoffmann-Hiestermann’s specialties. Their work led to the introduction of strategic and transformation concepts that resulted in significant improvements and savings in production costs and the establishment of state-of-the-art digital production processes.
Its outstanding achievements include the establishment of one of the most modern and fully automated production plants in Germany in the rail supply industry, which has achieved savings of up to 30% in production costs through optimization projects.
It also successfully implemented M&A projects worth up to EUR 550 million. Strategic thinking combined with practical problem solving and a dynamic, creative way of thinking characterize her. Hartwig Hiestermann can draw on 37 years of professional experience in special machine manufacturing, thereof 24 years as Managing Director. During this time, he was responsible for engineering, production and international sales in medium-sized companies. With his 41 years of experience as a graduate engineer, he brings keen technical knowledge and comprehensive branch experience into his work.
Professional background
As an experienced executive and graduate engineer, Hartwig Hiestermann has worked in significant positions in various companies and industries. Most recently, he was Senior Consultant Sales at Gräbener Maschinentechnik GmbH & Co. KG. Prior to that, he was Managing Director of Sales of the same company. Further stations in his career include the role of Managing Director at well-known companies such as Danieli W+K in Dortmund, RSA GmbH in Lüdenscheid, VAI Seuthe GmbH in Hemer and as Managing Director of Technology at Reika GmbH in Hagen. He started his professional career as an Authorized Officer at Bültmann GmbH in Neuenrade and as Head of Engineering at Seuthe GmbH in Hemer. His early years he spent as Group Leader Engineering at Keiper Recaro in Schwäbisch Hall.

His sector-specific knowledge is based on 38 years of experience in the production and processing of pipes, from precision tubes with a diameter of 5 mm to large pipes with a diameter of 16 m in the offshore wind industry. This extensive knowledge enables him to develop tailored solutions that meet the specific requirements of companies and ensure sustainable success.
